The Opportunity

We are expanding our commercial division and seeking a Commercial Insurance Producer who wants to build a meaningful book of business with multi-state capabilities and national carrier access.

This is an opportunity to step into a scalable platform — not a single-office agency limited by geography. You’ll be able to write business locally, regionally, and nationwide while being supported by an experienced service team and strong internal systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, develop, and close new commercial insurance accounts

  • Build and manage long-term client relationships across multiple states

  • Advise business owners on risk management and coverage strategy

  • Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals

  • Collaborate with internal service, marketing, and leadership teams

  • Maintain accurate client and pipeline documentation

  • Stay current on industry trends, coverage changes, and carrier offerings

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Tennessee Property & Casualty license (required)

  • Commercial insurance experience preferred

  • Proven ability to generate and close new business

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • High integrity, professionalism, and follow-through

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and growth-oriented
